The Original ACCEL

The original ACCEL program includes an initial evaluation, 16 visits of 60 minutes each in our ACCEL training facility, and a post-program evaluation. Ideally, training programs are 6 weeks in duration (2-3 visits per week). Training programs for some activities may require fewer weekly visits depending on the goals of the athlete. For the best results, begin ACCEL 6-8 weeks prior to the beginning of your season.

The original ACCEL program can help athletes improve speed, power, agility, and foot work.

Package Cost: $325 per person

Note: All unused appointments expire after 6 months from date of initial evaluation.
