QUITPLAN services is a grant partnership between Affiliated Community Health Foundation, ClearWay Minnesota and the Affiliated Community Medical Centers clinic system.
Our certified QUITPLAN tobacco counselors have helped over 1,800 people in Southwest Minnesota give up tobacco use since 2004. They can help you quit as well.
QUITPLAN services are committed to being affordable to everyone who wants to use it. Cost for individuals with no health insurance or no tobacco cessation coverage will be covered by QUITPLAN services. The only cost for participants who have smoking cessation and prescriptions coverage is the co-pay.
