Self-Pay Collections Representative - Willmar
Summary: A 32 hour per week position with ACMC-Willmar. Responsible for resolving self-pay accounts. Effectively collect from and provide financial resources to patients.
Education: Post-secondary education in a medical field or bookkeeping preferred but not required.
Experience: Must have computer knowledge, keyboarding skills and customer service dedication. Collection experience preferred.
Desktop Support Technician (Level 1) - Willmar
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Willmar. Responsibilities include setting up/troubleshooting systems, preventative maintenance, researching new technologies in an environment of desktop/tablet computers, mobile and other peripheral devices. Additional duties include managing requests coming in to our information systems department; working with users to more effectively use technology and providing quality support of computer applications.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience in a similar position.
Experience: Previous desktop support experience preferred. Must have customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
Environmental Services Aide - Willmar
Summary: A full-time evening/night position (5:30pm-2:00am) with ACMC Health Willmar. Responsible for providing a clean and orderly facility. Includes light cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming and mopping with light to moderate lifting requirements.
Experience: Previous experience in environmental/housekeeping services preferred.

RN Triage - Marshall
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Marshall. Responsible for triage, anti-coagulation clinic, IV therapy and care management responsibilities.
Education: Graduate of RN program and current RN license required.
Experience: Must have strong clinical, communication, organizational and computer skills. Previous clinic experience preferred.
Medical Staff Services Manager - Willmar
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Willmar. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing medical staff services, guiding processes involving credentialing of medical staff members, privileging of physicians and allied health practitioners and other medical staff services functions across Carris Health. Responsible for knowledge of requirements of various accrediting agencies; Federal, State, and Local government reporting requirements and laws affecting legal aspects of Medical Staff management, medical ethics, computer applications. Responsible for assisting in the implementation of processes designed to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements. Assists in the implementation of processes designed to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements. Manages the development, implementation, maintenance and adherence to policies and procedures covering the credentialing/privileging process as well as other medical staff services areas.
Education: Bachelor's degree and the certification of either CPMSM or CPCS preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a Medical Staff Services Department preferred.
Receptionist/Scheduler - Marshall
Summary: A 30-34 hour per week position with ACMC-Marshall. Responsible for scheduling appointments with providers and other clerical duties.
Education: Post-secondary education in a medical field preferred but not required.

Medical Secretary/Patient Documentation Specialist - Litchfield
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Litchfield. Responsible for medical documentation for provider during office visits.
Education: Post-secondary education in Medical Secretary/Medical Assistant program preferred.
Experience: Prior healthcare experience beneficial. Must have the ability to type accurately at high speeds and interact with patients. Computer, medical terminology and anatomy knowledge required.
Telehealth Coordinator, Ambulatory Care - Willmar
Summary: Full-time position with ACMC-Willmar. Responsible for the daily operations of the virtual health program(s) including coordinating and monitoring services, providing systemwide virtual health education and training, and working with clinical department leadership and stakeholders on developing workflows and processes as part of developing new telehealth services. Will facilitate and design the flow of virtual health services including telehealth and eClinic to providers, staff and partnering entities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
Education: Bachelor's degree with coursework in management, training, education, healthcare management or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred. 2 years of hospital or clinic experience as well as supervisory experience preferred.
LPN/CMA - Willmar

RN Care Coordinator - Willmar
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Willmar. Responsible for providing care coordination to participants in medical home and their families to maximize health and functional outcomes and promote patient self-care management to reduce the likelihood of complications from illness, promote individual accountability for health, assure appropriate utilization of resources and promote patient self-management. Will act as a liaison between providers, patient, family members and community resources to assist in optimizing the coordination and continuity of care for medical home participants. Identify barriers for maximization of health and provide interventions to help the patient overcome those barriers. These domains of practice include: cognition, medical conditions, medication review, care access, functional status, nutrition, social situations and emotional status.
Education: Graduate of RN and current RN license required.
Experience: Must have strong clinical, communication, organizational and computer skills. Previous clinical experience preferred.

Health Information Management, Manager
Summary: A full-time position with Carris Health Hospital and Clinic. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing medical records services for each patient, guiding processes involving medical records for Carris Health-wide improvement, managing release of medical records, coordinating regulatory activities related to the health record and supervising staff. Manages the development, implementation, maintenance and adherence to policies and procedures covering the privacy of and access to patient health information, breach notification in compliance with federal and state laws and information privacy practices. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Demonstrates Family Centered Care principles with interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in Health Information Management. Current Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credentials from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credential would be considered adequate only if accompanied by five years of supervisory experience.
