To Schedule an Appointment
It's easy to make an appointment at any of ACMC's 11 locations. For your convenience, we recommend appointments be made prior to each visit to an ACMC clinic. Appointments can be made in person, or by phone. It is best to directly contact the clinic that you plan to visit. Complete list of Clinics/Department Appointment Numbers. ACMC also offers after-hour care at two locations. Below are our urgent care hours. At ACMC-Willmar and ACMC-Marshall we have same-day appointments for immediate healthcare needs in Urgent Care. ACMC-Willmar Urgent Care: (320) 231-6313 Hours: M-F: 7:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Sat: 9:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Sun: Noon - 6:30 p.m. ACMC-Marshall Urgent Care: (507) 532-1101 Hours: M-f: 5:00 -8:00 p.m.

ACMC's Medical Release of Information
Medical Release Form Please complete all areas on the Medical Release Form for your specific medical clinic/facility.
