Please consult your medical provider to discuss any specific symptoms or conditions. Your provider has access to your medical history and, if necessary, can schedule an exam. ACMC does not offer medical advice online. Thank you.

Donation and Sponsorship
ACMC receives numerous requests for support
from organizations serving the diverse needs of the people across West
Central and Southwest Minnesota. Please submit your donation and sponsorship
request electronically by completing our online request form.
ACMC reviews and responds to all sponsorship and donation requests. We encourage groups to utilize our online request form whenever possible. The ACMC donation committee meets regularly during the year and seriously considers all appeals for support. Scheduled meetings with non-profit representatives are rare, and are arranged only if the need for a face-to-face meeting is essential to the determination of a response.
