Instructions for downloading the ACMC eClinic App on your Apple device

  1. Go to the App Store on your device apple device
  2. Search for ACMC
  3. Tap the "Get" button and wait for it to download
  4. Once downloaded it will appear on your home screen

Instructions for accessing the ACMC eClinic App on your Android device or PC

  1. Open up a web browser
  2. Type in this URL: https://www.geniemd.net/ivisit/#/sessions?ClinicID=100409
  3. Proceed to sign in/sign up as usual

Instructions on signing up for ACMC's eClinic solution

  1. Tap the ACMC eClinic App on your home screen
  2. On the bottom of the screen, tap the "Join Now" button
  3. Create your username and password and confirm your password
  4. Enter demographic information
    1. A valid MN zip code is required to report your symptoms
    2. Individuals between the ages of 12 to 17 may not report symptoms due to HIPPA

Instructions on reporting symptoms

  1. Click on "Urgent Care" or "Dermatology - Acne Care" to begin
  2. Click on "Report My Symptoms" under the main menu
  3. Accept the consent stating that you are not submitting an assessment for a life threatening condition, you are within a MN zip code and you are not running this assessment for a patient between the ages of 12 to 17
  4. Select your symptoms that you are experiencing (may choose more than one)
  5. Hit Next on the upper right corner, this will bring you to the assessments you may submit based upon what symptoms you are experiencing
  6. Select the appropriate assessment based upon the symptoms you are reporting
  7. If the App determines at any time your answer is not appropriate due to severity it will ask you to either report to the nearest emergency room or to the nearest clinic to be evaluated.
    1. The physicians will be notified if you are triaged to the emergency room or to report to the clinic
  8. Once you reach the end of the assessment you will be prompted to enter payment information.
    1. At this time, you may only use a credit/debit card as payment
    2. Payment information is not stored so if you were to use the app again it will not auto populate
  9. The patient will then be thanked for submitting an assessment and asked to pick a pharmacy if the physician feels a prescription is appropriate
  10. A physician will respond within 60 minutes if submitting an assessment between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
    1. If assessment is submitted after 8pm it may not be viewed until the next morning.
