Scope of Practice
Family Nurse Practitioner - Family medicine emphasizes comprehensive medical care for families as a whole and as individual members, caring for patients from birth to advanced age. Individualized care from a holistic view body, mind and soul.
Medical concerns are managed through diagnosis, treatment and prevention of common illnesses and chronic diseases taking into account genetics, family history and mental health. Coordinate and manage patient care with medical specialists.
Biography
I have practiced nursing since 1975 in a variety of fields then decided to expand to advanced practice. I enjoy caring for all ages of patients and members of families. My special interest is in the area of women's health and patient education. My personal life is centered around my family. I enjoy reading and traveling.
