Scope of Practice
Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP) are dedicated to improving children's health by providing professional pediatric health care for infants, children and adolescents. Pediatric Nurse Practitioners practice in primary, specialty, or acute health care settings. Through collaboration with Pediatricians and other health care providers, PNP strive to enhance the health care of children.
The ACMC pediatrics specialty team serves this community to provide health maintenance care for children including: well child visits, routine developmental screenings, anticipatory guidance, childhood immunizations, school physicals, diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses, and coordination and management of specialty cares./p>
Their practice includes comprehensive information and care of any children's health issues such as:

Biography
I grew up on a farm in Southwestern, MN near Ruthton/Balaton. I graduated from Russell-Tyler-Ruthton High School. My husband grew up on a farm also near Canby, MN, and graduated from Canby High School.
Sara and her husband Dave who also attended SDSU and is a social worker for the State of Minnesota have two young children.
